Returns:
Due to the collectible nature of our trading cards, we generally do not accept returns on standard or high-value items. Each card is carefully described and photographed before sale. Please review all product details before purchasing.
Damaged or Lost Items:
All high-value or insured shipments are covered by our shipping provider (Shippo) insurance. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to ensure your collectible is replaced or reimbursed.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions to return the incorrect item and ship the correct one at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed loss, damage during shipping, or incorrect fulfillment. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
